Mythos Hammaburg
Im Oktober 2014 entstand eine Ausstellung über die Entstehung der Stadt Hamburg vom Archäologischen Museum Hamburg, umgesetzt von Kruse AT. Als Projektleiterin habe ich sämtliche ausstellungstechnischen Aufgaben überwacht und angeleitet (Umbauplanung, Detailplanung, Koordination der Gewerke, Zeitmanagement, Teamplanung, Koordination und Kommunikation mit Kuratoren und Restauratoren, …).
Mythos Hammaburg
In november 2015 an exhibition about the city of Hamburg by the Archäologisches Museum Hamburg was produced, implemented by Kruse AT.
Project management, supervision and instruction of all technical tasks (reconstruction planning, detail planning, coordination trades, time management, team planning, coordination and communication with curators, artists and restorers, …).
